Hello there, @Hngo0411! Welcome to the Forums! Are you still not able to pair it again?
Please try the following:
- Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
- If your tracker didn't sync, force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
- Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
- Restart your tracker again.
- Also, you might want to try setting it up from a different device such as a computer.
This should get you back on track, let me know!

Hi ...totally frustrated by fitbit. Some days it works just fine others none. Just horrible product. All suggestions tried to repair with Bluetooth doesnt work. A waste of money. Buy Garmin much better product and reliable. My fitbit in a bin ...seriously sack your designers..Engineers

Hi there, @AC5! it's nice to have you on board. I would feel the same if i purchased an expensive fitness tracker that did not meet all of my expectations. However, our limited warranty provides replacements for trackers deemed to have a manufacturer's defect within 365 days of purchase. Have you checked your warranty options?

Hi
I clicked forget this device on my phone. I cannot set it up again on my iphone. My Bluetooth has picked it up but I cannot set it up or get it back on the app.
I have rebooted my phone and the fitbit and tried all suggestions but nothing seems to work.
