I'd recommend making sure that you are using the most current version of the Fitbit iOS App, version 2.17. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
Also, I'd recommend making sure that you are wearing your tracker higher up on your arm. Blood flow increases the higher up you go on your arm and it will definitely improve HR accuracy. Click here for more details.
