Health Metric data not showing

Hello, 

 

Recently in the past couple of weeks my Health metric data has stopped showing and says no data. It always used to work to show HRV and is why I pay for premium and now it just says no data. 
Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling about this situation and recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  6. Restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  7. Sync your device. 

Please note that some health metrics require 3 nights of data. For more information, see What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app?
