Heart Rate no longer showing in iPhone dashboard

My resting heartrate was in the Iphone dashboard, and when I clicked it, I was shown my heartrates throughout the day. This dissapeared! Any idea how to get it back?

Nice to see you here @haley4540! I would like you to log out and back in, it should get it back. 

If after performing this, you're still not seeing the tile please try this procedure to make sure that's not hidden.
