My heart rate does not synch and show on the graph after the initial synch each morning unless I switch my phone on and off since I upgraded to ISO10

Hi there @Allylocal, welcome aboard to our Community. Recently was released a new version of the app, which I'm sure you already installed. This version improve the stability of the app. So I wonder how it goes so far? Is the issue still persisting on a daily basis?

If the issue still persist, note this is a know issue and our team is working already to fix it, since start happening with the released of the iOS version 10. Unfortunately I don't have a timeframe about how much it will take the fix.

Thank you for your patience and If I got news, I will let you know.

Hi Robertofitbit
My Fitbit is only syncing my heart rate first thing each morning with the app when I go to synch it. For the rest of the day when I synch it everything seems to update apart from the heart rate which will only synch if I switch my phone off and then on. I have reset my watch and this didn't improve things. I look forward to a resolution. Thanks

Thanks for the update @Allylocal! I have a couple of questions about your issue. Are you talking about this tile?

Resting heart rate measures your heart beats when you are still, and it can be an important indicator of the health of your heart. Resting heart rate refers to the heart rate measured when you're awake, calm, comfortable, and have not recently exerted yourself. We use your heart rate data from when you're awake and asleep to estimate your resting heart rate. So, this data will update through the day and if you want live data you'd need all day sync enabled.

To enable all day sync, follow these steps:

  1. On the Fitbit app for iOS dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap the top of the screen where you see your tracker's name.
  3. Find and tap Sync Now.

If you are not talking about this tile, can you please send me an screenshot and detailed information for further assistance?

I hope to hear from you soon! 😉

PS. To attach an screenshot follow these tips and take a look to this page to see how to take screenshots

Lucy Fitbit - yes I am referring to the resting heartbeat tile. I do have all day synch activated and have done ever since I purchased my fit bit HR over a year ago. Even if with all day synch on if I press the synch now button everything synchs apart from the heart rate graph which you can view if you press the resting heart rate tile. The only way I can get the heart rate graph to synch is if I switch my phone on and off. I had no problems until I upgraded to iso10.

Hi ... you need to restart the app to trigger the graph to draw. Have the same issue.

If you press full screen on the graph and you press so you see the details bar ... probably you find data in the aerea where the graph does not load.

I have reported this already ... but get stupid answers from fitbit ( reinstall ... is blie tooth on etc etc )

Its a bug
