It says my watch needs to have a heart rate sensor to ha e on app, which my watch does. I have the Fitbit versa. It worked fine before and now it won’t appear.

Click the 'Discover' tab at bottom left, then 'Health & Fitness Stats'. It shows all available tabs for 'Today' screen.  Click on any one that is not on 'Today' to add it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
