Hi,
when looking at at the heart rate chart, it won’t display anything above 150 bpm which is really frustrating.
How can I fix this?
Many thanks

Hi @Alexandria25. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how important is to get accurate information on the Fitbit app and let me help you with this matter. Since you mentioned that the graph doesn't show anything above 150 bpm, do you mean that the graph is cut off? Or is the graph not displaying the complete heart rate readings tracked by your Fitbit?
In case you've not done so, I'd recommend to log out from the Fitbit app, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, log back in and check your heart rate details one more time. If the same keeps happening, please take a screenshot of what is displayed in the Fitbit app and attack it in your reply. Also let me know the model of your Fitbit so I can take a look into this.
Please keep me posted.

Hi @Alexandria25. It's great to see you back and I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for the clarification, as well for trying to attach a screenshot. It seems that it wasn't able to be downloaded correctly, could you please try attach it one more time with the steps described here? Also, provide me with your phone's model, OS version and Fitbit app version.
In line with this and since your post didn't mention, give a try to the steps suggested in my previous post and let me know if the graphs and details displayed on the Fitbit app are corrected
I look forward to your response.
