I have the charge 2 and as does my manager. We are both having the same issue where the heart rate isn’t being tracked since the new iOS 11 update.
I have noticed that the sleep tracker last night was also effected? Is anyone else having this issue, and is there an update due to fix bugs?

Hi @Nebbz. Sorry about the issues you and your manager are having but I'm happy you found us here on the forums. As you suspected, yes, others are having issues since updating to IOS 11. Apple has already released two additional updates since the original. Fitbit - and other companies - are having difficulty keeping up. Fitbit is not the only app having difficulties since the IOS update.
That said, the first thing to do is wipe the back of your Charge 2 where the HR sensors are, using a soft cloth.
Next, open the Fitbit app on your iPhone and verify that heart rate is set to Auto or On.
Finally, make sure that your Fitbit app is fully updated to the latest version. Also go to the settings on your iPhone and make sure you are on its latest update. Restart your Charge 2 two or 3 times. Instructions are here. Hopefully, that will do it! Please let us know.
