A really annoying trait is when you are exercising and the heart rate stops registering. This has happened a few times recently on the tread mill. Really annoying when you are exercising and at the same time trying to adjust the device to try and get the heart rate to display again. Then for that period of exercise you get 'insufficient data' to work out the average heart rate and no graph displayed of your heart rate over the period of exercise. Kind of defeats the object really!

many thanks for letting me know about this. I tried moving the strap up today and did 40 minutes on the treadmill and it functioned properly throughout!
