Heart rate zone indicator not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The heart zone indicator functioned very well in the beginning but now it does not indicate anymore weather I'm burning fat or I'm in the peak zone.
It only indicates heart beats.
I have the fitbit surge for 14 days only, and also dit a reset nut nothing helps?

Kindly regards Sabine

Hello @Binneke, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around.

In order to check the heart rate you're currently in, please open the Fitbit app when Bluetooth is on on your phone and check the heart rate tile, give it a minute or two for the information to update, then, you'll be able to see your current heart rate and current heart rate zone. Please make sure your tracker is well secured but not too tight, in order for your Surge to get an accurate heart rate reading.

If you'd like to see how much time you've spent on each heart rate zone, please tap on the heart rate tile, then tap on the graph of the day you'd like to check; you will be redirected to a screen where you will find a more detailed graph showing the entire heart rate for that specific day as well as the time you spent on each heart rate zone.
