PLEASE HELP
I've had an old account on my ancient fitbit but having just bought a new ionic, I'm trying to update my details as I'm trying to download some music from my Amazon to the ionic. Problem is: I need to change my email address - as it's a dead account having moved from ntlworld.to sky To make matters worse, it's not recognizing my password and to reset it, it wants to do this by using the ntlworld one 😞
Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated 🙂
