Help for heart rate zones

How come my heart rate does not show the time in the zones anymore??  It shows the graph with the information, but not the time in the zones. My app is updated, I have uninstalled the app, signed out of the app, restarted my phone, and have manually restarted my Fitbit when it is plugged in the charger. I have an Alta HR, yes I know it is an older version, but still..all my previous data does not show the time in heart rate either.

Hello @alock12 and welcome to the Community.  Other users are describing this, too.  All of them use older models that give active minutes, not active zone minutes.  These are legacy devices that no longer receive software support.  I don’t think there will be any help for you.

I have been having the same issue. Have a Charge 2. This used to work fine.

I’ve tried everything: reset, updated firmware, unloaded and reloaded app, did a forget and add as new device again re-pairing. Still doesn’t work.

the graph clearly shows my activity in three higher zones, but all activity gets logged as “light”. Other percentages all show 0%.
Seems like an app calculation issue to me!

Hi @RoeAZ.  Fitbit released the Charge 2 a year before the Alta HR.  It gives active minutes, too.  There are other posts from Charge 2 users.  Personally, I don't think this issue will get fixed.  I don't think Fitbit puts any priority on fixing issues with legacy devices.
