The following worked for me and I really don't believe setting the clock type is device-specific so it should work for you.

  1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon.
  2. Choose Settings > Personal Info.
  3. Under Advanced Settings, find Clock Display Time and select whether you want the time shown in 12-hour or 24-hour clock units.
  4. Click Submit and sync your tracker.

Warning: I have found that sometimes updating the profile this way doesn't always work if using Internet Explorer on a Windows machine. I was trying to help someone with this same issue and was testing before posting. I couldn't get my work Windows 7 machine with Internet Explorer 11 to change the clock, but was able to change it after getting home and using Safari on my MacBook Air. Safari on my iPad worked, as well.

Good luck.

@lambretta69 even though this is an old thread, I believe the instructions in the post above yours are still valid. Have you tried them and had problems?
