Can’t download Spotify because it says make sure your Fitbit app and Fitbit device are up to date and I don’t know how to check

Hello @Noai and a warm welcome.  The current Fitbit app is 3.14.  You can check your version by tapping on your profile picture > scroll down to Help and tap on it.  You don't say what Fitbit you are using, but you can find it by tapping on your profile picture > tap on your device image.  The current firmware for each device is in this Help article .
