The app on my iPad does not display my heart rate. Everyday it just displays “67”. It did display it twice on Sept 8 and 9 but that is all.

Hello @Rcreid, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
I appreciate you have come back and provided me more details about your issue. Tell me, are you able to see the green lights flashing on the back of your Versa? Could you please go to the Settings app on your Versa, tap on it and scroll down until you find Heart Rate? Make sure it's set to ON.
If the lights are flashing and the heart rate is set to ON, please restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, then monitor it for the next few days and check the app to see if you get a heart rate graph.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply again.

Hello @Rcreid, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Fitbit Community and for bringing this situation to our attention. Please note that the heart rate Tile will show your "resting heart rate" and once you have synced your Fitbit device and the device shows as "connected" in the app, it will display the current heart rate. Your device will be connected once you see a green icon next to its picture at the top of the screen in the Fitbit app. If you're not able to see it, please go to Account > Your device and enable All-day Sync. This will establish a Bluetooth connection and will make it easier for the device to sync. Don't worry, it has been tested and confirmed that All-day Sync will not drain the battery on your device or your phone faster than usual.
Now, if you're referring to the weekly and monthly heart rate graphs, please tap on the heart rate tile. You will be able to see a graph of your daily heart rate after you've synced and then, by tapping on the top right corner icon (with 2 arrows), you'll be able to see the weekly and monthly graph.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
