Historical data missing, app is asking me to log in constantly.

I used to be able to go into the app and just check my stats. Every other day I’m logged out and I have to re-add my Fitbit device. It’s ridiculous and starting to get on my nerves. All my achievements disappeared 

I have been using Fitbit since 2014 do you know how frustrating it is to see all my badges and stats missing. Why do I need to keep resetting this?

Since when have you been logged out from your account? Are you getting any kind of error message?

Is it possible you have a different Fitbit account registered to a different email address? We have received reports from people who have not been able to see their past data history but they have logged in with a different email (often containing a small typo) which might be your case as well as all the information gets stored in our servers and none of the information there is deleted. 

 

Please try to log in with another email address you might have and let me know if you're able to see the previous data you're not able to see right now.

No I have been using the same email address since 2014 . 

Every few days It acts like I’m new and like I said I need to add my Fitbit device all over again .
