Historical sleep data changed all of a sudden

I have about 5 years of historical sleep data.  Sometimes I scroll back to see how my weeks and months compare in terms of average sleep time.  This morning when I started scrolling back I could see the app changing all my historical sleep times for every single week.  When I first scrolled back, for about one second I could see the correct time and then it readjusted and I could see the graph change and subtract about 5 or 10 minutes from each day.  For example, last month it previously showed I had 6 hours and 32 minutes average for the month.  Now it shows 6 hours and 24 minutes.  It is doing the same thing for every month in my history as I scroll back, and not just for 2025.  It is doing the same thing when I scroll back to 2024 data.  Every time I scroll to a new month it is subtracting time from my historical data.  What is happening?  I was just looking into purchasing a new Fitbit and now I am reconsidering...

Hi @jjazman!

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you might have an app caching issue. Those can usually be resolved by logging out of the app and logging back in. Can you please try that and let us know if it resolves the issue?

Im having this problem as well. in fact all my data is changing when i review previous days. I use a flex for tracking sleep and this morning when i looked at my sleep, it only showed bedtime and wake time and no information about time awake or restlessness. Then reviewed previous days log and it came up initially with the data on restlessness and awake time and then it disappeared. In fact Mondays data has disappeared all together. I have cleared cache, cleared all data from the app, uninstalled the app and re-installed and the problem still persists.

Having similar issue. My sleep data was there this morning, and it is now showing no sleep data. Went back to previous days and sleep data not showing for some days but is for others. I check each morning, and all sleep data showed up for prior days.

Same here.  I noticed last night that all my entries going way back had changed by several minutes.  I also noticed that my Deep Sleep numbers had gone down significantly from what was previously shown.  I tried rebooting my watch as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  Nothing helped.
