Hot power yoga-"fails to sync"

Hot power yoga when manually entered as an exercise fails to sync. This has been an issue on my app for several months. It worked previously, but not at all now.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Natalie11 Smiley Tongue! Strange... I'd recommend doing the following:

 

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App
