Hourly Activity shifted an hour after Daylight Savings

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I like to have my hourly activity set up from 9 AM to 5 PM. However, since Daylight Savings Time started today, my activity time is now 10 AM to 6 PM. I do not want this and tried to change it. Each time I went back to 9 AM to 5 PM, the time changed back to 10 AM and then added another hour. I thought I finally got the time back to where it has been only to see that it is back to 10 AM to 6 PM.

Why cannot not get this back to where it was originally set? I see that my dashboard on the site is showing the correct times of activity but not my app. Can you help me get this corrected? Thank you.

@RoseAnn_M  @trala19  Fitbit knows that this is an issue and it trying to resolve it.  Seems to affect some users with the switch to DST.

Hello @RoseAnn_M and @trala19, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. It's always a pleasure @LZeeW, thanks for your insight about this situation.

Daylight Saving Time took place in the United States this Sunday morning, and some features on your Fitbit device may be affected. These issues should be resolved by syncing after the time change. However, if after syncing your tracker the hourly activity hasn't corrected, please restart your phone to make sure the time is correct there first, and then manually sync your device again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
