My iPhone 8 is not updating the hours of activity; my versa is not updating ounces of water & neither are tracking my sleep. It worked fine from Secember 25 until January 8

At this moment our team is aware of this situation affecting the Hourly Activity and Water tiles and are working towards a resolution for it. Once we have more to share with you about this situation, we'll make sure to post it here in the official Forums.
Now, when it comes to your Sleep not being tracked, are you not getting a sleep log or are you not getting Sleep Stages? Have you restarted your device yet? If so, please note that the Fitbit app currently has in-app error notifications that provide an explanation for why you aren't receiving Sleep Stages on any given night. This is meant to provide insight into what might be occurring to cause this.The error messages are the following:
When you tap on Learn more, you will be able to get more information about why your tracker didn't record sleep stages. Additionally, I'd like to suggest the following:
