How I fixed my Charge HR synching and time issue

Most of the common solutions involving correct cables, resettting the Charge HR, or removing and installing the app on my iPhone did not work for me.

I first drained the Charge HR battery by wearing it (even though it was not synching or showing the correct time).  Next I removed the Charge HR from my online account.  I then plugged my Charge HR into it's cable to charge the battery and reset it.  I then removed the app from my iPhone.  Lastly, I proceeded with normal installation of the Charge HR and now it shows the correct time and synchs with my iPhone.

I do not think that the issue is one of hardware or users.  I think it is pretty much a server or software issue on Fitbit's part that is preventing the correct time from being displayed and also not synching properly.  Regardless, my Fitbit now works.

Hi there @rpk1, welcome to the Fitbit Community Smiley Very Happy! We're glad to hear that your Fitbit is back on track now, such good news huh!

Lately, we were having some reports about some issues with the incorrect time on the Charge HR. Keep in mind that this kind of issue was already reported to our engineering team to review the cause of this.

Hope to see you participating in the Community more often since I think it would be awesome for you to explore our Community, so you can go ahead and log to any of the topics that might be of your interest in our Discussion boards.
