Why can’t i receive watsapp messenges on my iPhone 5s?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that you can only receive Whatsapp notifications on your Versa / Blaze / Ionic / Charge 3 as an "app Notification" which must be enabled by going to the Fitbit app and tapping on Account > Your Device > Notifications > App Notifications. Whatsapp will appear in the list of apps available once you have received a push Notification from it while your phone is locked. 

 

If you have any other device, you won't be able to receive Whatsapp Notifications.
