How can I revoke Facebook?

I meed to revoke Facebook & it appears that Fitbit has removed this option.

 

Thus option was in the dashboard settings.

You should be able to revoke it from the Facebook end. In your FB settings, go to Apps, hover over Fitbit, and then click the X.
