In January, I set my weight loss goal at 1/2 lb per week. If I want to change that rate, how do I do it? I think the latest update deleted that option. So how do I set the rate I want to lose at now?

I did not find the answer in the links you sent. (Perhaps it is there, but I couldn't find it). But I DID figure out how to edit the rate at which I want to lose weight. Go to Dashboard in my IOS fitbit app >select my icon >Activity and Wellness>Nutrition & Weight>Food>Help me set a goal>Next>Choose Level (Easy, Medium, Kinda Har or Harder)>Next>Next>Done. Whew! Its not necessarily intuitive because the Next buttons are greyed out but they DO work.

@jagresock It's nice to see you around the Community Forums.

By the way, I've moved your post to the iOS App board for organization purposes.
Hope that helps.
