I don’t have access to my old phone number that was used for my Fitbit account, hence I can’t turn of double verification option to update my phone number to the new one. How can I change my phone number without accessing the old one?
Also, I can’t log into my Fitbit account on the website because of the same (can’t get my sms verification), so I can’t contact customer support for help. Really annoying:(
appreciate your support.

Hi @LZeeW and thanks for your response. Yes, I have it saved. How can I use it?

@LZeeW Thanks to your hint I tried log in via the browser on my laptop where I had an option to use the recovery code. I managed to turn off 2FA and then update my phone number. Thanks a lot for your help!
Happy New Year 🙂
