I lost my luxe over 7 months ago and I just want to remove the app, can anyone help please? Oh, and it’s on an iPhone if that matters at all, thanks in advance!

Hi, @magnus1880 I am so sorry that you lost your Luxe.
To remove your Fitbit app on your iPhone go to your App Library. Touch and hold the app in App Library, tap Delete App, then tap Delete.
If you ever decide to return to using a Fitbit you can always re-install the app. Tip: unless you also delete your Fitbit account, if you do start using a Fitbit again, if you log in using your old email sign in and password, all your data from your Luxe should still be there (but you may be prompted to update your email log in to a Google account, if you don’t already use Google as your log in.)
Alternatively if you would like to delete your Fitbit account as well as the app, you should do that before deleting the app. The instructions are here .
