How do we delete the most recent Fitbit app update (doesn’t function properly)
and reload the previous app version that actually worked ??
Worst Fitbit customer service experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been with Fitbit(s) a long time.

Hi @Wheatdude - you can't go back to the previous official release but perhaps that's the issue.
There have been some issues with the Fitbit servers which may be your issue.
Try logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window then restart your phone and watch and login again.
If there is a problem with your goals or tiles missing use Edit to add/move them and then Done and sync.
