Congratulations on your excellent progress! Tracking your health details during workouts is a great way to stay motivated.
To view your workouts, from the main page of the app, tap the pencil icon on the right side of the screen. Look for the "Activity" panel and toggle "Exercise Day" on. Tap "Save" in the top right corner, and you're all set!
