My daughter doesn't want her Fitbit. So I'm starting it now.
I don't know what model, or how to do this at all. I was 260lbs. Started intermittent fasting and water diet. Got down to 220. Started walking and now jogging and lifting. I want to see what information I can get out of using it.

Welcome to the community, @Tlow_10.
I'm happy that you've joined the Fitbit family and thanks for sharing those details. Depending on your Fitbit device, you can track stats such as steps, calories, sleep or heart rate, as well as receive reminders to continue walking throughout the day. Additionally, you can use other functions that will help you to stay connected with your everyday tasks, this includes phone notifications, GPS tracking and Wallet app. To find more about our Fitbit devices, check our help site, select your device and click on the User Manuals.
To get started, I'd suggest setting up your Fitbit device to your account in order to sync all your details and keep a track of your progress. This can be done by following the steps described here. For more information about how to use the Fitbit app to track your information, see this help article.
