I have a new phone. I need to see how to add it to my Fitbit. Tried locating with Fitbit and it couldn’t locate it.

I also tried a new free clock face and the temp and wind speed wouldn’t register

Hi there, @JP582. Welcome to the Community Forums.

It seems that your tracker cannot connect properly to your new phone since you haven't yet forgotten the connection between your Fitbit device and the old phone's Bluetooth which would explain the connectivity issues you're running into. With that said, try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new phone.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Follow @Odyssey13's advice and just log into your Fitbit account.
  • You should be able to sync your Fitbit device to your new phone.

I've moved your post to the iOS App board for organization purposes.

Hi @JP582  log into your existing account on the app and it will pick it up. See if that gets you started.
