Hello @Moe4flo, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for posting your question. Please note that the Charge 3 has several Exercise Shortcuts that can be customized through the online Dashboard. To customize them, please go to the Device Settings section in the online Dashboard, then scroll down until you see "Exercise Shortcuts" and tap on the Edit button:
Keep in mind that you can only have 7 Exercise Shortcuts at a time, when you click on the Edit button, you will need to uncheck one of the options already checked to be able to add a new shortcut. Once you click on the Edit button you will be able to see Hike, check it to add it to the shortcuts. Make sure to sync your Charge 3 afterwards to save the changes.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hello @Urgh, thanks for joining the conversation, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your question with us. Please note that as the screenshot shows, you can click on the "Edit" button to select the exercises you want to add. Additionally, you can do the same in the Fitbit app. Go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Your Device > Exercise Shortcuts. You will see the "Edit" button on the top right corner and edit your exercise shortcuts. Note that you can only have 7 and if you want to add a new one, you will need to remove 1 from the existing list before adding a new one.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
