How to change my stride length in the Fitbit app?

Fitbit is consistently over reporting my distance. I want to adjust my stride length. However, I don’t see the option to change the length under settings in the iOS app. Where can I find it?

Thanks, I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to get my Sense to accurately report the distance, or just be close, but failed. I tried measuring, using default numbers, GPS, non worked, sad 😞 Finally gave up, my charge 2 worked so much better out of the box, hopefully your team is looking at that regression..

Thank you. My Fitbit 3: 10,250 approximate steps = 5miles. Now my Fitbit 5: 12,170 approximate steps = 5 miles. Both were set at 30" stride. I re-input the info and did a restart on my Fitbit 5. I'll see what my steps look like tomorrow.
