Hello @Mangys, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around! 
Please keep in mind that after performing any change on your account, such as editing information or changing your profile picture, you must open the Fitbit app and sync the tracker so the information can be saved. Now, if after syncing the profile picture hasn't changed in the leaderboards, please force-quit the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. Then, open the app again and check if the profile picture has changed.

I appreciate you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided earlier. At this moment I would like to gather some information from you so I can check this further:
- iPhone model you're currently using.
- OS version you're phone is running.
- App version currently installed in your phone (go to Account > Help to get it)
