Hello: I have a Flex Fitbit that I got my husband for Christmas in 2015.
I am trying to figure out how to charge it. We haven't used it since I gave it to him in 2015. I looked online and it talks about taking out a "pebble" but there is nothing on this wristband that comes out like the picture online of a "pebble" or something coming out of the wristband. The charger also does not look familiar and we can't find the charger. Did it come with one? How do I get this "pebble" out and maybe this is an older model than even the flex. In the back there is only three gold metal dots and four super mini screws. Do I have to unscrew those? I don't have a screwdriver that small. Thanks.

I was hoping to post a photo of this Fitbit but I hit the camera icon and all it does it ask for the "source" of my photo. It's on my computer. There was no way to drag and drop or choose a photo. Nothing. No way to post a photo. Frustrating. I went to "help" to find out how to post a photo and it says to hit the icon that is a silhouette of mountains but there is no icon like that.

Thank you so much. I was able to call Fitbit today and found out it was a Charge, not a Flex, even though it looks more like a Flex. Anyway, then turns out we found the charging cord! So, whatever it was it's charging. And I do think it's a Charge -- even though the clasp looks different than a photo of a Charge -- because the cord looks like the charger cords for the Charge available on Amazon.
