I had a Fitbit charge earlier and have an account associated with it. I deleted the device from the account as it broke. Now I got a new Charge 2 and am trying to add this new device to my existing account but it doesn’t allow me to. I charged the device as advised and when switched on it shows www.fitbit.com/setup message. I am unable to add this device as I don’t see any symbol or icon on the dashboard of the Fitbit app or on Fitbit.com to do so. I use an IPhone 6s. Kindly advice! Thanks in advance.
