How to contact fitbit

I brought my Fitbit Verda lite because it said swim-proof I have been in the swallow pool twice with it on and now it has stop working.

The water was no more than 40cm deep, as I was playing with my young daughter, really disappointing that I have wasted my money on this product.

I have tried all the cleaning advice and tried to reset but nothing it won’t respond anything, I have seen a few people comments of the same thing.

How do do I contact Fitbit as they are selling these products saying swim proof when they clearly aren’t made for being any near water.

Hi @Tilida  these devices are advertised as being water resistant.
