How to delete in-app Notifications and messages

I have a message that continue to show up in my notifications. How can I delete that message. Shipping does not work. It shows in notifications like its a new message every time I go on my dashboard.

Same issue - it just became a problem and the only message showing is one from quite a long time ago.

Same issue - getting notification of a 2.5 WK old message and now all daily notifications are from 6-7 months back

Same.  It is really annoying because you think you have a new message and it is just the same one every time.  I've logged out and gotten back in as some suggested in other threads and it doesn't work.

Our team is currently aware of the recent issue where the red dot appears in the app even if you don't have pending notifications or messages and are working towards a solution.

I'm having a similar issue. Notifications have not updated since June 16, 2018. I cannot find a way to

delete nor refresh them. We have a new Health Rewards Program at work and my steps are still showing 0. I average over 10,000 steps a day. I want to get credit for my over 310,000 steps for January but our deadline to update with work is February 1, 2019. Suggestions STAT please.
