I've this question in year's past.  Not sure if anything's changed.  Cannot find, using the Fitbit app on my iPhone, how to edit custom foods.  Can anyone assist, please?  Thanks.

I found the answer on another recent post by MrMarv.  All good.  Thanks.  Definitely not intuitive.
