Does anyone know how to get rid of below zone .. it drives me crazy I just want fab burning , cardio and peak zones .. thx

I don’t believe it’s possible to disable just the “below zone”. Of course you can disable zones in general but doing so will cause you not to see the other zones you want (cardio, fat burning and peak) I looked around and saw that your not the only one discouraged by the below zone feature. After digging around a bit more I also found this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-com-Dashboard/Heart-rate-zones-Active-Zone-Minutes-info/td-p/... Here you will see an individual has used a method to help with the below zone by simply changing their max heart rate
On the app:
-- Open settings by clicking on your profile pic
-- Scroll down and select Activity & Wellness
-- Select Heart Health
-- Lower your max heart rate. Mine was 169 and I lowered it to 150 and stayed in Fat Burn on the treadmill at 3mp
