hi

ive been unable to sync zip for a month.  I’ve tried iPhone, iPad & windows 10 computer.  Suggestion was to re-pair my zip w app.  However now all of my previously synched data since 2009 is gone and my zip still won’t sync.   Is there a way to recover previously synched data from my account on fitbit servers. Pls advise.  I’m crushed. Thanks.
