My smart bracelet won’t connect to my iphone

Hi @Clarkey1079. If you are looking to see how to connect your bracelet to the Fitbit app on your phone, then I’m sorry to tell you that it is not possible. Only Fitbit devices can connect to the Fitbit app. You may want to check with the company that made your bracelet and see if they have an app available for their product.

@Clarkey1079, please note that if your fitness tracker is not a Fitbit one, which you can check here, you won't be able to set it up using the Fitbit app.
