@KarBar, as @SteveH mentioned, depending on your tracker or watch there are some options you can try to stop Notifications while you're sleeping. At the moment only the Versa and Ionic have an option that will not let the watch receive Notifications while you're sleeping.
On other trackers, as this feature is not available, my best recommendation would be turning off the Bluetooth on your phone. This will cut the link between your tracker and the phone while you're sleeping. Don't worry, once you turn on Bluetooth again in the morning you will be able to receive Notifications.
