How to transfer the alta fitbit to another user?

Hi! I want to give my mom my alta fitbit, so i created an account for her and start pairing the tracker w her ipad, and it's been searching for the alta continuously... It doesn't seem to find it. Please help

delete it first from your iphone

Hey guys, welcome @SunsetRunner @Anzie Smiley Wink! The person that's going to use the tracker needs to create a new account and follow the setup procedure again. 

 

Just make sure that the tracker doens't have any steps before setting it up again.
