Hi, I am having a little trouble with my Alta HR Fitbit that I just received. It tracks my steps and but it won’t tell me if I received any messages or phone call. I’ve tried turning all the notifications settings on and off but it just doesn’t seem to work. I don’t know if my model phone is compatible it is an iPhone 8. If anyone could help me with this problem so I can receive notifications. Thank you

I also have an iPhone 8 and am not receiving any text messages or notifications. This is something that Fitbit really needs to work to fix. I know I’m not actually suggesting anything to fix your problem, but by commenting this, maybe it increases the chance that Fitbit sees this and attempts to fix the problem.
