Please help. I got a Charge HR for Christmas. I downloaded the app on my iPhone 6. When I tried to set up the initial connection I entered the 4-digit code on the FitBit into the app. The app said to hold tight as it could take up to 10 minutes. A few minutes later I got an error message saying: Bad Request.
Yes my BlueTooth was on. Yes I was holding the FitBit next to my phone.
I tried repeating the 4-digit code step four more times and each time I got the same error message.
Can anyone help me?

Hi @Ceezaleo let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Let's try the set up process again, but first of all, try to restart your Charge HR, then on your iPhone 6, please reboot the Bluetooth and finally follow the instructions on this article "How do I set up my tracker" to pair your Fitbit.
