It's the second day since I bought fitbit3 inspire3
I was able to use it yesterday, but it suddenly got out of sync with my phone and restarted repeatedly, and then I needed to update it. I'm trying to update with the mobile app, but I can't update. I can't press the update button on the mobile phone. There is no response even if I press it. I have tried everything, such as restarting and unregistering the device, but it does not recover.

The sync from Fitbit app is repeatedly displayed on the fitbit side, and it cannot be migrated to other screens. It's the same state even if you restart.
There is no problem with the Bluetooth connection between FitbitInspire 3 and iPhone.
It is also displayed that it is synchronized in the app, but the update button cannot be pressed.
There is also a battery level. It is now 98%, but it is the same state while charging and in the state of 100%.

Hi, @channagi welcome to the community. I note your report that the Data on your Inspire 3 does not sync with the Fitbit app on your iPhone 14. It appears to me that this is an issue with the app on your phone. I'm going to move your post to the iOS board, where I'm confident community members familiar with the iOS app will be able to offer advice.
