When I first got my Fitbit, I could click anywhere on the graphs on my iOS app and it would show my HR. But for quite a while now it has stopped doing it. I was waiting for an update to fix it but there have been many since and it's still not working. I also sent a report via the app a while ago. Is it just me this is not working for?

Hello @nic.ola, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Since when are you experiencing this situation? Which graphs are the ones affected by it? Would it be possible for you to reply with screenshots of the graphs affected? That will be very helpful for me to check this further and notify our team.
I'll be waiting for your reply, thanks for your patience and understanding.

Hi Marco
Its just on the daily HR graph. I've had my Fitbit for 10 months and this feature has not worked for me for longer than it has. It worked when I first got it, then stopped for quite a while, then worked again (maybe after and update?) for a short while before stopping again for many months now. I've tried deleting the app for reinstalling but that didn't work. I quite liked tapping on a certain time of day or night and seeing my bpm but it does nothing at all now. I've attached a screenshot of the graph I mean.
