I bought a new Charge HR since my old one broke and now I am in the iOS app on an iPhone 6S trying to switch to the new one but when I click "Replace Your Fitbit Charge HR" it just says "Loading..." and stays that way. I've tried turning off WiFi/Bluetooth, exiting and restarting the app. Still just keeps saying "Loading..."

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @cfjackson. Thanks for purchasing Fitbit products. I would recommend restarting your new Fitbit Charge HR by following @SunsetRunner's steps. Then, please do the following:
- Log out from the app
- Reboot your phone
- Log back in
Please try once again to set up your tracker as a replacement device as @SunsetRunner stated here.
