I can't sync my fitbit

About 2:00 pm today my Fitbit stopped syncing. I note there is a new update which I've downloaded and still won't sync. Charged. Turned phone off and on. Can someone help?

Hi @janellj61,

I can definitely help you out! I'd recommend the following steps:

 

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off your iOS Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn it back on.

4. Use the replacement setup process to re-pair your tracker to your account. Click here for instructions.

This should get you back on track, but please keep me posted!

Thanks a lot! The part I was missing was restarting the tracker. It is working fine now.
