If you are having problems syncing your Fitbit tracker with your iOS Fitbit app, follow these steps:
1. Restart your tracker by following the instructions at: http://goo.gl/jFf3Xw
2. Check that Bluetooth has been enabled
3. After your tracker has restarted, reboot your iOS device and then open the Fitbit app to initiate a sync.
4. If you're still having trouble, setup your tracker as a new device by following the instructions at: http://goo.gl/kcDVfD (Note that when setting up your tracker as a new device, if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain.)

6. Attempt a force sync, tap the button next to Sync Now. This will load the latest data from your tracker to the Fitbit app and Fitbit.com Dashboard.
